Creating your Display
One of the great advantages of Vued Digital Displays is the flexibility of being in complete control of what and when you communicate.
The most effective displays are simple, yet eye catching. With very little experience you can be creating your own dynamic presentations in no time using a variety of standard software packages that are either already installed on your PC or free to down load.
Make your messages relevant, influential and effective.
The content of your Displays is extremely important; you want to captivate your
audience and ultimately influence them.
Here are some points to consider when creating
your displays:
- Who is your target audience ? How can you best attract their attention ?
- Does your audience change at different times of the day/week/month ?
- What do you want your audience to do ? Buy more, stay longer, come back or follow instructions ?
- Is there anything happening that you could use for your promotional activity, such as sports events or seasonal holidays?
Create displays that are appealing and eye-catching
To help you to create professional, eye-catching displays quickly and easily, we include a CD containing various royalty free images, templates and backgrounds that can be used to help build your displays. Simply copy the files from the CD to a folder on your PC.
We understand what kind of messages you want to display, so we are currently building a library of images that are relevant to a wide range of industries, environments and audiences.
Creating and Saving your Displays in JPEG format
It is very simple to create and edit eye catching presentations using MS PowerPoint which is installed on most PC’s. Just create a new slide, add backgrounds images and text. Then to save as a jpeg image file, click "Save as", "Other Formats", "JPEG File Interchange Format", "Current Slide Only. This is a very simple process that makes it very quick and simple to come back and edit presentations that need to be changed on a regular basis.
There are many commonly used graphics software packages available in which you can create your displays using a wide range of features and save them to JPEG files, such as, Coreldraw, Illustrator, Paintshop Pro, Photoshop.
There are also a many free downloadable and very powerful graphic and photo editor packages available which have an incredible depth of features such as Gimp and Photoscape.
